I help my clients truly understand their symptoms and where their “struggles” are originating from so that the work one does in therapy creates long-lasting change

Anxious thoughts, relational stress, hopelessness, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, emotional dysregulation, perfectionism, etc. are noticeable symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, or attachment. But, really this means your nervous system needs help regulating so that you can function optimally.

I’ve studied research and effective treatment approaches that tend to the root of the problem and help one effectively accomplish their goals...instead of just providing temporarily relief of symptom reduction.
