As a therapist, I strive to create a compassionate and empathetic space for my clients, while really listening to understand them and their unique story.

I view each client as a person needing to be understood, rather than a set of problems needing to be fixed. I know that no two clients are alike, which is why I prioritize the significance of not just hearing you, but knowing you. This way, when working together, we’re not only “triaging,” but effectively identifying the path that leads to you accomplishing your goals and healing.

I provide trauma-informed, CBT therapy for adults experiencing: anxiety, relational conflict, trauma, and general life stress.

I have the privilege of working with and supporting adults through their therapeutic journey. I work with those who are facing a diverse array of stressors, whiling specializing in trauma, relationships, anxiety, and depression.

Hi! I’m Chloee, a therapist in Chesterfield and Washington, MO.

How I can help…

Clients often come to me when they’re seeking a change in their life. Whether it be that they’re tired of feeling down, they’ve had enough of the bombarding, negative thoughts/beliefs/perceptions circulating in their head, they’re ready to face the past instead of it infiltrating the present, or something else…my clients want healing and resolution.

I help my clients dig deep and get to the root of their struggles so that the work they do in therapy creates long-lasting change.

Often, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, and internal stress are typically rooted deeply in past experiences and “hide” behind what comes through as symptoms…like anxious thoughts, hopelessness, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, emotional dysregulation, or people pleasing.

Treating these symptoms can be effective, if they’re truly just symptoms, but when they’re the result of something deeper that doesn’t always provide full healing.

Because of this,

I’ve studied research and effective treatment approaches that tend to the root of the problem so that collective healing can occur, instead of just providing temporarily relief of symptom reduction.

I guide my clients through the therapeutic process of exploration by helping them gain a deeper understanding of where their “problem” is originating from, how it has reached the present, and where to go next in order to heal.

Together, we will navigate the complexities of trauma, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and internal stress to overcome the challenges that are keeping you from fully living your life. Ultimately, fostering hope, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
