I take a nervous system-based approach to mental health counseling, which means we focus not just on what you’re feeling—but why your body and mind might be responding the way they are. Many of the challenges my clients bring—like anxiety, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, or relational struggles—are deeply rooted in earlier experiences that shaped how their nervous system learned to cope. In our work together, we gently explore those patterns with compassion and curiosity, helping your nervous system shift out of survival mode and into a state of safety, connection, and resilience. This process creates space for lasting healing—not just symptom relief—so you can live with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom..

Clients often come to me when they sense something in their life needs to shift. Sometimes it’s feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety or low mood; other times, it’s persistent self-criticism, unresolved past experiences, or stressful relational patterns that leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Whether you can clearly name what’s going on or just feel that something’s off, most of my clients are seeking lasting healing, growth, and change—not only short-term relief.
Many of the struggles we face—like anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, or relational conflict—are often rooted in earlier life experiences that still shape how we think, feel, and relate today. In our work together, we’ll look beyond your symptoms to gently uncover the deeper causes of what may be driving them.
My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a desire to get to the bottom of your challenges—so that healing becomes empowering and meaningful. By fostering hope, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose, you gain the opportunity to create and live the life you long for.

Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Psychiatric session
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
45 mins | $250 | Get started
Coaching session
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.
50 mins | $200 | Get started
Acupuncture session
In-person only, this session helps alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
